Henry’s 25-year career spans Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Non-Profit Management, Global Consumer Products and Software Start-ups.
Before founding Banner Group in 2012, he was head of The Hershey Company’s six-person corporate strategy group. His experience includes roles at Unilever US with responsibility for planning and control of $1.5 billion in marketing expenses and at a start-up enterprise software company where he helped secure $25 million in venture capital. Henry lived for several years in Prague, Czech Republic, where he worked at a boutique investment bank engaged in mergers and acquisitions and government privatizations.
Henry received a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University and holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He serves on the boards of the North Museum of Nature & Science and The New School of Lancaster (a Montessori school).
For more than 20 years Henry has worked with executive teams on their most critical strategic and organizational challenges, both as advisor and corporate leader.

Henry has lectured and served on panels at Pennsylvania State University, the Yale School of Management, Elizabethtown College, the Czech Management Center and other organizations on topics ranging from privatization to corporate social responsibility. He has delivered presentations on probability analysis and scenario planning at a Global 50 Consumer Packaged Goods company and has led training sessions on corporate strategy at a Fortune 500 company. His speaking interests include group alignment and effective collaboration across distributed teams.
Henry contributes to several worthy local and global organizations. He serves on the boards of the North Museum of Nature and Science and the New School of Lancaster (a Montessori school). Henry is an Eagle Scout and enthusiastic contributor to the Boy Scouts of America.
