Managing Principal
Founder
Henry Yaeger is the managing principal at Banner Group LLC., a strategic alignment advisory firm that works with teams to quickly build the understanding, focus and commitment necessary to effectively move toward shared objectives.
Previously, Henry led the six-person Corporate Strategy group at The Hershey Company, a $7 billion global confectionary company. His broad finance and strategy experience includes roles at Unilever with responsibility for planning, forecasting and controls of $1.5 billion in marketing expenses and at a startup enterprise software company where he helped secure $25 million in venture capital funding. Henry lived for several years in Prague, Czech Republic, where he worked at a boutique investment bank engaged in mergers and acquisitions and government privatizations.
Henry received a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University and holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Yale School of Management. He was born in Peru and speaks Spanish fluently. Henry serves as President of the Board of Directors of the North Museum of Nature and Science and as a member of other local non-profit boards.
Senior Consultant
Therese Corkran is an experienced consultant focused in the areas of strategy, human resources, and operations.
In 2007, she started an independent consulting practice working with organizations providing assistance with strategic planning, human resources management, business analysis, project management and operational streamlining.
Previously, she was a Senior Consultant for Accenture in their Supply Chain Strategy practice. She worked in the areas of inventory and distribution strategy, vendor management, and demand planning. She also worked as HR Operations Manager at a start-up IT consulting firm in 2000 where she was responsible for creating the human resources function, managing the recruiting effort and administrative team, supporting business development efforts, and facilitating a strategic planning.
Ms. Corkran has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with a focus on operations management from The Johnson School at Cornell University. She has worked overseas in England, Germany and Japan and serves on several non-profit boards.
Senior Consultant
Nathaniel DiMemmo is an experienced consultant focused in the area of strategy development and execution.
Since 2014 he has worked with small businesses and startup ventures to provide ecosystem development, long-term strategy, financial oversight and operational
improvement. He has been a co-founder and served as COO of an artificial intelligence software venture, successfully launching a public blockchain project and raising angel investment.
Previously, Nathaniel served as a Senior Consultant for Grant Thornton in their Insurance and IT Audit practices. He worked in the areas of finance, operations, IT, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate.
He received his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Affiliated Experts are seasoned professionals with well established advisory practices that complement or augment the capabilities of Banner Group. Affiliated Experts are available for client engagements initiated by Banner Group and may also be supported on their own direct engagements with project management or business analytics provided by the B|G team.
The Executive Council consists of industry experts and accomplished executives. Members of the Executive Council meet as a group or with individual Banner Group clients to share industry and management insights, share their networks, and occasionally serve clients through director or advisory consulting roles.
